What is Enbio S for? What are it's main functions?

Enbio S is a steam autoclave for tool sterilization used for dental and cosmetic procedures. It ensures complete procedure safety by guaranteeing the tools to be fully sterile.

Only fully sterilized tools protect from contracting diseases, such as viral hepatitis type B and C, HIV, and Candida-related fungal infections.

What processes must be carrieed out before sterilisation in Enbio autoclaves?

Before sterilization, if sterilized in packaging, tools should be cleaned, put through a sterilizing liquid bath and dried. They can then undergo sterilization in an Enbio S autoclave.

What tools can I sterilise?

Your Enbio can sterilize tools made of metal, rubber, and silicone as well as all other types mentioned by the manufacturer as safe to sterilise.

How long is the sterilisation process?

3 functions are available:

• Fast (7 minutes, no drying, class S),
• 134 (15 minutes, class B),
• 121 (30 minutes, class B).

Is it possible the device may damage delicate tools?

Enbio S features the shortest sterilizing programs on the market. Program FAST lasts only 7 minutes. Short sterilizing times mean that Enbio S has a minimal impact on the lifespan of tools. Tools suffer from wear and tear whenever they come in contact with humidity or high temperatures.

Why use a longer cycle?

Full class B sterilization can only be achieved with the two longer programs (15 and 30 minutes). The FAST program provides class S sterilization and is suitable only for solid tools without packaging.

The 15-minute program sterilizes tools at 134C and is dedicated to solid, steel tools. The 30-minute program sterilizes tools at 121C and is dedicated to tools sensitive to high temperatures.

How long is the warranty period?

The warranty period is 24 months or 4,000 cycles from the date of sale, which ever appears first.

What does maintainance look like?

In case of a device fault while still within its warranty period Enbio will collect the broken device and repair at their service point. They provide a replacement device for the duration of the repair so you can continue your work.

How do I return the device and who will pay for it?

A contract cancellation form must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via email to [email protected].

The form is available on Enbio's website. After receiving the filled out form they will send a courier to pick up the device free of charge.

What does it mean that That Enbio is a class B device?

Class B means the highest quality of equipment. Enbio autoclaves utilize fractionated preliminary vacuums, which remove all air so that steam may access even the tools' tiniest nicks. It is the best sterilization technique available.
