Perma Blend Grey from the Perma Blend I Love Ink Eyebrow Collection by Tina Davies is a medium to dark grey shade with a yellow base. Grey can be used on clients with greying or 'salt and pepper' hair and fair, beige and olive skin tones. It can be used to cover orange, red and green. Perma Blend are one of the leading brands for permanent make-up and micro-pigmentation pigments. They are known for their vibrant colours that stay true even after treatment. The pigments are stable, easy to apply and tested and approved by the German CTL laboratory. Perma Blend pigments can be mixed with each other.
