Eikon Capacitor Positive Short Lead Axial

Eikon Pre-Wired Axial Capacitors come ready to install, no soldering required. With the solder lugs, insulation and lead extensions already completed, you can simply bolt the capacitor in behind the binding posts.

Pre-Wired Capacitors are sold individually with your choice of capacitance rating and lead length style. Choosing the right capacitor for a machine depends on how you want your machine to run.

Six capacitance options are available: 10uF, 15uF, 22uF, 33uF, 47uF and 68uF. 

Capacitors with smaller microfarad ratings will result in faster machine speeds with higher duty cycle readings. Capacitors with larger microfarad ratings will make a machine run slower with lower duty cycle readings. The general rule of thumb is: smaller capacitors for liners, larger capacitors for shaders and coloring machines.

Two lead options are also available:

• Equal lead pre-wired capacitors fit well on most Standard Upright or Side Bar style machine frames.
• Short positive lead pre-wired capacitors fit well on most Side Plate style machine frames.
